Welcome to the digital workspace of CONTRASTIC. By entering our website, building project briefs, or acquiring our technical services, you explicitly agree to conform to the rules outlined below. These parameters establish the binding relationship between you (the client) and CONTRASTIC Cooperative.
1.1 Payment Structures & Milestones
To ensure high-fidelity engineering and protect visual R&D slots, all customized platform projects follow a structured three-tier payment roadmap:
- 30% Initial Deposit: Paid upfront to secure scheduling and initiate initial spatial blueprint mapping.
- 40% Development Milestone: Paid upon final visual agreement of interactive design layouts.
- 30% Final Deployment: Paid in full immediately prior to server migration, custom DNS mapping, and final source launch.
1.2 Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, custom layout frames, vector drawings, and base source-code elements built by CONTRASTIC during development remain under our cooperative's ownership until your project balance is cleared in full. Once final payment is processed, complete intellectual ownership, custom assets, and source code transfer directly to the client.

When you formulate projects using our Interactive Scope Builder, we collect brief identity coordinates (such as your name, corporate brand representation, and email coordinates). This data is strictly utilized to compute personalized visual structures and design custom project strategies.

CONTRASTIC enforces a strict protection model: we do not sell, rent, license, distribute, or share your personal data, corporate requirements, or interaction briefs with any third-party corporate databases, marketing affiliates, or external advertisement brokers.
